With the client's permission, ExpoExchange will create packages of registrant data which exhibitors may use to build a qualified mailing list. Depending on the information collected during the registration process, exhibitors may choose to mail to the entire list of registered attendees or to segment their list to only include specific demographics. ExpoExchange will provide this data to the exhibitor via computer printout, mailing labels or diskette.
